INTRODUCTION/COMPANY MANDATE

A. To carry on the business of marketing, general contracts, general trading,

imports and exports, general suppliers commission agent, manufacturer’s representatives, marketing, sales and distribution of general goods, manufacture and deal in all articles substances, products, Commodities, appliances and things used for or in connection with the company’s business Or required for commonly or usually bought, sold, manufactured, or dealt in by persons carrying on any of the business herein mentioned, and to prepare package and preserve for Sale.

B. To carry on business as petroleum prospectors, filling stations, producers, refiners and dealers; And to harness, process, render marketable, supply and deal in natural gas; to produce, Manufacture, supply and deal in petrol, kerosene, diesel oil, fuel oil, black oil, lubricating oil, Paraffin wax, petroleum equipment’s, carbon black and general agent of all petroleum products

And to do the same in respect of gas products, including but not limited to industrial, Domestic and cooking gas

C. To carry on business of buying and selling of all kinds of farm produce such as sesame, Agricultural tools to both small and large scale farmers on tree crop productions, arable Farming, animal husbandry, livestock breeders, mixed farming, contract farming, factory Farming, organic farming, and deal in services of industrial machine, dry and off season Farming, intensive farming, truck farming, tank farming, hydroponics or otherwise. To import, Export, store, process, semi-process in any or all of the agricultural chemicals and agro-allied related products. To establish, agro-chemical industries and supply, market, distribute, store, Package, and preserve, process, agro products in all ramifications/branches
 

D. To carry on the business as manufacturers, producers and dealers in all kinds of cotton Materials and textile materials, goods and articles made from the same, and compounds, Intermediate derivatives and by products thereof. E. To carry on the business as assemblers, manufacturers, importers, exporters, suppliers and Dealers of new and Belgium of motor vehicles, motor cycles, generators, automotive engine, Whether classified as cars, lorries, buses, vans, motor cycles and spare parts or otherwise.
